Kill-Town Death Fest VIII is over

Kill-Town Death Fest VIII – “The Ridden with Disease” edition is over, but wow, what a weekend! It finally happened with more than 3 years in the making and 2 postponements behind us. A lot can happen in such a long time, so it was amazing to see that so many of you decided to show up and make this weekend so special! We had to take a day to pack things down and to reflect a bit over what transpired these past couple of days and we can tell you that we are so happy to be back and being able to give you a weekend of top tier death metal from around the world!
We would like to thank all the bands for coming and delivering some unique and truly mind-blowing concert experiences that we will all have forever. The majority of the bands traveled from far away and some just for performing for you at KTDF. We want to thank all of them from the bottom of our hearts!
Also KTDF would like to give a special shout out to our incredible team who has been running the show behind and on the scenes – to Tiago for running the two stages, to Lisa for the volunteer coordination, to Cil for running the merch stand, to Ida for the shuttle service, to Martin and Caroline for the backstage management, to Trine for the catering and band hospitality and last but not least Jakob for the great food! We would also like to give a huge shoutout to Søren Nørris Christensen and Drum Limousine for lending us his amazing drum kit for the main stage and providing drum heads from his Search series for the other stages. Last but not least a massive thanks goes out to Pumpehuset Pumpehuset – their management and crew for running such a tight ship and being so incredible professional and nice to work with on this event!
