Miscreance is an italian technical thrash/death metal band that emerged in 2017 from the ashes of the thrash metal band Atomic Massacre. As the band played for many years together under the old name, the musical and personal growth were reflected into the songs that naturally went in a more intricate and cerebral direction, the transmogrification into Miscreance stems from the desire to give the project a new beginning. In 2018, the first act of Miscreancy took place with the first demo “From Awareness to Creation”, which featured 3 deadly assaults (+1 intro) and started spreading the plague around the globe, being released on tape by Red Wine Rites Records at first, and reprinted by Danex Records in 2020. While working on the definitive assault, the band collaborated with Australian deathcrushers Vile Apparition for a split release under Desert Wastelands Productions in 2021, speeding up 3 songs from the pre-demo era. 2022 was the year of the Convergence, the ultimate experience in technical thrash/death metal, which was out on LP (Danex Records), CD (Unspeakable Axe Records) and Tape (Desert Wastelands Prod.), the three-of-a-perfect-pair labels launched the mind-bending album into the atmosphere which resulted into the mighty Season of Mist’s interest, giving the band the opportunity to reissue “Convergence” barely after 1 year of the original release and to add another album to their ranks, not before a successful 2023 Eurotour with Death metal masters/friends Suppression (Chile). The band’s currently working on the discovery of their new journey, a voyage through time and space that’s about to be uncovered, over the edge of reality.
